The platters are not designed to go in a dishwasher.  It will damage the wood.

The platters should not be put in an oven/microwave or on a cooktop.

Platters should not be immersed in water.  Brush off any dry crumbs and use a warm moist cloth to remove sticky residue.  When required re-hydrate with Danish Oil or if not available then cooking oil (Olive – NOT flavoured) can be used. Use a brush or soft cloth to apply oil. Wipe off excess oil with a lint free cloth then use a dry cloth to buff and shine platter. If required, use a fine grit sandpaper to remove any scratches before oiling.

Our wine barrel products are great for gift giving and we are more than happy to gift wrap.

We can also include a hand written note with the words that you wish to use. Or alternatively, if you would like to post a personal hand written note to us, we are very happy to include it for you.

We also have Gift Certificates available if you would like them to choose a gift themselves.

We deliver New Zealand-wide, using NZ Post courier service. Please note that courier costs are an additional charge and will be added at checkout to your order. Freight costs depend on weight/volume of your order and your location. We will always ensure that your freight costs are kept to a minimum.

We ensure that our products are packed in such a way that they will not arrive damaged.

All orders are final and we don’t accept returns or provide exchanges for change of mind. If you item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include name, contact phone, order number and attach photo evidence and/or explain the damage. We will then contact you. Please note you may be asked to return the items to us for inspection.
